Winsight is managed by Shane McGonigle. Shane is an award-winning strategist in the field of commercial marketing with over 22 years of experience. His experience covers local, pan-European and global campaigns for companies such as Kelloggs, Kraft, ASICS, Compaq and Diageo.

Shane is a fellow and former President of Institute of Advertising Practitioners in Ireland (IAPI). He is also the former Managing Director of Leo Burnett; he has sat on the boards of JWT / DDFH&B Ireland, the Advertising Standards Authority of Ireland and the Kinsale Sharks International Advertising Festival.
